All data transmitted to and from Homeslate is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

Homeslate is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular security patching, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing. We maintain SOC 2 compliance standards.
Documents uploaded to Homeslate are stored securely with access controls that ensure only you (and household members you authorize) can access your files.
We have a documented incident response plan and will notify affected users promptly in the event of any security incident that may impact their data.
